On October 9, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, Oleg Bartsits, met with the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Abkhazia in Rostov-on-Don, Adik Arshba.

The meeting was also attended by Alisa Barzaniya, Deputy Head of the Foreign Ministry Staff, and Dzhemal Bganba, Head of the Department for Strategic Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.

During the meeting, Adik Arshba briefed the Minister on the current activities of the Honorary Consulate.

The parties discussed the provision of consular assistance to citizens of the Republic of Abkhazia residing in the Rostov Region, as well as prospects for expanding the Honorary Consulate's capabilities in this area.
